Feedback Guide

The best way to report something is through the feedback form. It walks you through every field and keeps issues tracked in one place. This guide explains the thinking behind each field and stays here as a reference. The template below is useful if the form is not available.

Why structured feedback works

Vague feedback leads to back-and-forth before anything gets fixed. The form and this template both ask for the same things: the page, who is affected, what is broken, what the right behavior looks like, and how to confirm the fix worked. That structure is what lets the team act on it the same day.
